Graduate of Medicine King Faisal University Dammam, Saudi Arabia, then completed her residency program at Boston and Tufts university in Massachusetts, and obtained the American Board of Dermatology.

Since her graduation in 2010 until 2020, she worked at Johns Hopkins/Aramco Medical Center, where she held several positions, including Head of the Dermatology Department, and Acting Head of the Specialized Medicine Department. She also obtained the title of Adjunct assistant professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the United States.

Dr. Najla's experience extends over years in skin disease treatments, laser procedures, and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Najla is currently a member of the Scientific Committee for Dermatology at the Commission for Health Specialties and works as an advisor to the Sharia Committee for Medical Errors in the Eastern Province.

She currently works at Dermatique Skin Clinic in Al-Khobar, and her practice focuses on clinical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and hair diseases.

She has several studies published in accredited medical journals. She has a great passion for volunteer work and has participated several times in volunteer campaigns with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.
